About Eliot

Eliot Pence is the founder and CEO of Dominion Dynamics, an Ottawa defence technology company building Arctic surveillance and autonomous systems. A Victoria, BC native who led Anduril Industries' international team as it grew into a major defence technology firm, he has raised $169 million since launching Dominion in 2025, starting with a pre-seed round backed entirely by Canadian investors.
